Qualifications

• Active Texas Level II Security License.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• 2 years+ of supervisor experience.
• 2+ years of previous security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Must be flexible with hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills.

Responsibilities

• A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and SOP.
• Site Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
