FST Logistics in Grove City, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Cross Dock associate to join our warehouse team. You will check in drivers for pickups and drop-offs, greet drivers, and assign them to dock doors while ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.

You will rate orders, prepare labels and BOLs, maintain inbound/outbound logs, compile reports for customers, and coordinate daily shipment activities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changes.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.

Mansioni

• Responsible for checking in drivers for product pickup and drop off and ensuring all paperwork is completed and documented
• Greet each driver receiving or dropping off and assign them to a dock door
• Rate all orders and prepare labels, BOLs, packing slips, and tracking as well as maintain inbound and outbound logs to ensure all orders have been captured
• Compile reports for customers and clients
• Coordinate daily on shipment of products and verify/keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare items for shipments while maintaining safe working conditions
• Perform additional warehouse functions as needed due to business needs
• Comply with all defined business processes and utilize all technology platforms as defined by FST
