Belmar Integrated Logistics in Dallas, TX is seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our distribution center. You will manage the flow of goods in and out, verifying shipments, organizing stock, and supporting timely order fulfillment.

Day shift, 8:30am–5:00pm, with hourly pay of $15.00–$17.00. Proficiency with warehouse management systems and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

Duties

• Inspect packages for damage and report discrepancies to management.
• Organize and maintain stock in the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and completing necessary documentation.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks to move products within the warehouse.
• Assist with order fulfillment, ensuring timely processing of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping and receiving processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures, including order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and reach trucks safely.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems for tracking inventory.
• Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
