• Able to use computer systems to manage work orders and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers; relay job details to technicians.
• Write and manage work orders; assist with customer billing.
• Help customers with program sign-up and maintenance of records.
• Maintain neat records and provide proactive communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Greet and assist clients as they enter the facility.
