Job summary

Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL, part of Troon, is seeking a motivated Server to contribute in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Qualifications

• At least 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.
• Ability to read and speak English to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide immediate attention upon seating.
• Describe daily specials and menu items; answer questions and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver promptly after preparation.
• Ensure guest satisfaction; assist with replenishing items as needed.
• Follow POS procedures, manage checks and cash transactions, and maintain a tidy workstation.
