Aufgaben

• Introduce themselves by name and check-in at the table throughout the meal.
• Provide information about specials and promotions.
• Be an expert on the menu, dish ingredients, making recommendations, upsell when possible.
• Take customer orders, inputting them correctly into the system.
• Ask about food allergies, check ID when alcohol is ordered, and monitor alcohol consumption.
• Communicate with kitchen staff, check up on orders.
• Serve food and drinks, run items from the bar and kitchen.
• Clear tables as customers finish, “pre-bussing.”
• Perform side work and other duties as assigned.
• Collect payment from guests.
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant.
• Develop a rapport with customers, ensuring customers have a positive, attentive experience.
