Job summary

Thirsty Turtle Seagrill seeks a friendly Bartender to provide prompt service at the bar, oversee drink preparation, and assist servers during busy periods. You will ensure guests are served responsibly, maintain a clean bar area, and balance cash at shift end while delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include mixing drinks, taking orders, stocking supplies, and maintaining knowledge of the menu and pairings.

Qualifications

• General requirements: reports for work on time, multi-tasking, and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, maturity, dependability, tact, positive attitude and enthusiasm on the job.
• Good communication skills and teamwork are essential.
• Knowledge of operations and platforms/systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Check IDs when alcohol is ordered and monitor consumption.
• Mix and serve traditional and creative cocktails; knowledge of beer/wine pairings.
• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor and supplies; manage tabs during shifts.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and coordinate orders.
• Record, balance cash receipts and prepare deposits; handle cash-out envelopes.
• Support servers and assist in maintaining a clean, safe bar area.
