The Rustic in Dallas is seeking a friendly server to be the face of our restaurant. You will welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with a smile, ensuring accuracy and speed in a fast-paced setting.

You must be patient, team-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues. Tip sharing is part of our compensation, and knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or willingness to learn in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and friendly, polite demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with sanitation and order.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Present menus and help customers select food/beverages.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products.
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Deal with complaints with a positive attitude.
• Check ID and confirm legal drinking age if necessary.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
