Server Responsibilities

• Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Accept customer payments and process accurately.
• Complete opening, shift, and closing duties.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Suggestively upsell alcoholic or food items when appropriate.
• Follow sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintain server stations and table maintenance.
• Assume fill‑in duties as needed.
• Report safety issues promptly.
• Maintain valid state and local food and alcohol certifications.
• Adhere to all policies.
• Advise management of non‑routine situations.
• Other duties as assigned.
