Job summary

American Social - Boca Raton is seeking friendly, detail-oriented servers to provide excellent guest experiences in a high-energy environment. You will greet guests, guide them through beverage and food selections, and confidently describe and sell all items on the menu.

Responsibilities include delivering orders, processing payments, and ensuring a clean, organized dining area while collaborating with FOH/BOH teams. Late shifts and alcohol service are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 to serve liquor.
• Late-night shifts may be required (12 AM–3 AM).
• Alcohol Awareness Certification required.
• Food handling certificate a plus.
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds.
• Must remain stationary for up to 4 hours during shift.
• Clear communication with guests, management and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Guide guests through beverage and food ordering, making suggestions.
• Describe and sell all items on the menus.
• Deliver beverages and food efficiently while engaging guests.
• Close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting return.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and dining area.
• Support and follow managers’ directions and restaurant standards.
