Qualifications

• Must meet local, legal minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification required.
• Food handling certificate a plus.
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs., stand 8–12 hours.
• Able to work late night shifts (potentially 12 AM–4 AM).

Responsibilities

• Delivers beverages and food and maintains engagement to ensure a positive experience.
• Cleans, sanitizes and polishes glassware; maintains presentation standards.
• Performs bar setup and closing duties; communicates with team using radios.
• Ensures bar is stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, bar tools, etc.
• Adheres to alcohol awareness procedures; verifies guests' IDs.
• Flexible to assist in other departments as requested.
