Donohoe Hospitality Services is hiring a Server Assistant-Busser/Runner for the AC Hotel Reston / Residence Inn Reston in Reston, VA. This part-time, on-site role provides critical support to our restaurant team in a dynamic, modern hotel setting.

You’ll help maintain a polished guest environment, assist with service, and ensure smooth operations across dining areas, while upholding high standards of cleanliness and guest care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds continuously.
• Able to stand for extended periods with energy and attentiveness.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Create a clean, polished guest environment across the restaurant, restrooms, and service areas.
• Fully stock and organize the bus stand to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Assist servers with bread-and-water service, clearing and resetting tables, and keeping beverages refreshed.
• Transport dishes to the dish area, manage linens, and keep service areas organized.
