Homewood Suites Reston, operated by Donohoe Hospitality Services, seeks a Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and suites in Reston, VA. You will ensure hygiene, comfort, and privacy for guests while delivering attentive service.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment. As part of our hospitality team, you will handle cleaning tasks, stock supplies, and assist guests with special requests.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned rooms/suites according to standards.
• Replenish room amenities and towels.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior entryways and hallways.
• Stock and organize housekeeping cart daily.
• Manage issued room keys responsibly and follow proper key control procedures.
• Deliver lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper's office for documentation.
• Report maintenance issues and assist in resolving guest concerns.
• Respond to and fulfill special guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure the privacy, confidentiality, and security of all guest rooms and suites.
• Keep linen closets and supply areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Report maintenance issues and assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns.
