Auberge Collection is seeking a Server Assistant to be the backbone of our dining experience in the Hudson Valley. You will support the service team, help set up and clear tables, and contribute to a warm, guest-focused dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities include assisting servers, delivering beverages, answering guest questions, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food safety standards while seamlessly coordinating with team members to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Back Server preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• English communication required.

Responsabilités

• Set up and clear tables, arrange utensils, plates, and glassware.
• Assist servers in delivering beverages and refilling drinks.
• Answer guests' questions, accommodate special requests, and ensure comfort.
• Coordinate with servers and restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and sanitation per food safety standards.
