Job summary

The Piper is seeking a full-time Activity Assistant (Lifestyle Assistant) to lead life enrichment programming for residents in Kansas City, KS. You will enjoy a Sunday–Thursday schedule with Fridays and Saturdays off, earning $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to drive the company bus.
• Valid driver’s license for the state where the vehicle is operated.
• High energy, enthusiasm, decision making, and strong people skills.
• Criminal background screening and MVR checks required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily activities including fitness, music, arts, games, and social events.
• Build relationships with residents honoring their stories and preferences.
• Coordinate special events, outings and seasonal programming.
• Transport residents on community outings safely and responsibly.
• Assist the Lifestyle Director in providing a full-time social and activity program.
