Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Meet state/local licensure or other legal requirements.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other tech.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote a culture of safety and security, and monitor the store environment.
• Respond to security incidents and document them in case management systems.
• Prevent theft and shortages by checking merchandise receipts and communicating trends.
• Operate Target's video surveillance system and follow AP policies.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs.
