Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create or select long-range plans based on curriculum priorities and instructional priorities.
• Define goals and objectives for unit and daily plans.
• Sequence content and activities appropriately.
• Identify specific learning outcomes that are meaningful and measurable.
• Revise plans based on student needs.
• Plan and prepare a variety of learning activities considering diverse student needs.
• Develop instructional activities that foster active student involvement.
• Plan lessons and strategies that support school improvement and system mission.
• Use assessment data to diagnose and plan instruction.
• Establish a safe, positive learning environment.
