Job summary

Soliant Education is seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist near San Marcos, CA to provide direct services to PreK- through elementary-level students on-site for the current school year with potential for annual renewal. You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, maintain compliant documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support diverse communication needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC or CF eligibility is required.
• California Certificate of Clearance (COC) is required.
• Prior school experience or SEIS systems experience is advantageous.
• Experience with AAC devices is a plus.

Job description

Soliant Education is seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist near San Marcos, CA. This contract position is primarily focused on Elementary School students and is ideal for professionals eager to contribute their expertise on-site for the current school year with the opportunity for annual renewal. Key Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
• California Certificate of Clearance (COC) required
• Prior experience working in schools or with SEIS systems is advantageous
• Comfortable serving a caseload of mostly mild-to-moderate, with some severe needs, and experience with AAC devices a plus

Primary Responsibilities

Compensation Details

• Weekly Paychecks
• Hourly Pay Rate: $55-$64
