Job summary

Club Xcite is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based, in-person position in Fairfield, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role supports students across multiple grade levels and site locations.

The ideal candidate will hold a California SLP license and a school-based credential, with a master’s degree in speech-language pathology, and experience with IEPs and assessments. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Appropriate California school-based credential/certification.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Experience with IEPs, assessments, progress monitoring, and special education services preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to assigned students.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments and support eligibility determinations.
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, school staff, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide services across assigned school sites as needed.
