Club Xcite in California is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for multiple school-based openings across the Peninsula Region for the 2026–2027 school year. These are in-person roles supporting students across various grade levels and school sites.

Local and traveling clinicians are invited to apply, with top-tier compensation, school-year stability, and placement options across districts. Start Fall 2026; 21 hours per week over about 36 weeks; on-site during the school week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Compensation:

• Local Pay: Up to $83/hr.
• Compensation is based on experience, placement, and qualifications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid California Speech‑Language Pathologist license.
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school‑based, pediatric, or clinical settings.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to provide services on‑site during the school week.

Preferred (not required):

• Prior school‑based SLP experience.
• Familiarity with IEP development and school documentation.
• Experience supporting diverse student populations.
