Responsibilities

• Produce exceptional customer service per the customer service manual, helping customers entering the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies and manuals in operations and personnel policies.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Utilize product knowledge to present merchandise and promote sales.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations issues to store management.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring internal control procedures and flagging potential fraud.
