Job summary

H&K Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Trainer to develop and conduct comprehensive health and safety training for employees, managers, and contractors.

The role focuses on regulatory compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead training program development, deliver engaging instruction, and ensure documentation and certifications are up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety training delivery and program development.
• Ability to assess training needs and regulatory requirements (OSHA/MSHA).
• Develop engaging training materials and assessments.
• Experience with incident investigations and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training needs assessments with safety management to identify gaps and compliance needs.
• Design comprehensive training materials and ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Manage training facilities, equipment, and delivery logistics.
• Deliver safety training using lectures, demos, group work, and e-learning.
• Provide specialized training in LOTO, confined spaces, heights, chemical handling, and emergency response.
• Promote safety culture and accountability across all staff levels.
