Allmed Staffing Inc. in San Mateo, CA seeks a Registered Nurse to support its busy outpatient clinic. You will provide direct patient care across Family Care, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, and Assessment units for adults and children, with strong triage skills and flexibility to float between locations.

The position requires a CA RN license, BLS, 2+ years in outpatient or ER, and pediatric phlebotomy experience. COVID-19 vaccination + booster is required per facility policy.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN License
• BLS Certification required
• 2+ years in outpatient clinic or ER
• 1+ year working with adults and pediatrics
• Strong triage background
• 3+ years outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination + booster required (exemptions per facility policy)

Responsabilités

• Triage patients by phone and in person
• Perform medication reconciliation
• Interpret lab results and document findings
• Obtain patient history, allergies and vitals
• Set up and assist with minor procedures using aseptic technique
• Collect specimens (throat swabs, urine, capillary, venipuncture)
• Conduct telephone triage and follow-up calls
• Manage pharmacy/patient refill requests
