Job summary

The role requires PA RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS or readiness to obtain, with potential for BSN preference. Travel between local system locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• ACLS/NIH Stroke Scale or completion within specified timeframe.
• BLS required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a designated patient group.
• Coordinate and participate in interdisciplinary care to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintain documentation in patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Provide emotional support and educate patients and families on condition and self-care.
• Ensure safety by following infection-control policies and regulatory standards.
