Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Strong leadership ability, independent thinking and decision-making.
• Act 33/Act 34 clearances and BLS required; ACLS within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a designated patient group.
• Coordinate and participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation of patient care in records and continuity of care between nursing teams.
