Advanced-Health-Care-6 is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities in Albuquerque, NM. The role includes assessing patients, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• No experience required.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform a range of nursing procedures with precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems and documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses, report changes.
• Provide patient education and emotional support.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per standards.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
