Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Oregon (RN)
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Recent acute care hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care within RN scope
• Teach patients and families about illness and care
• Document care in EMR and/or paper records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care
• Administer medications and monitor vitals
• Provide patient safety and fall risk management
