San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Retail Sales Associate who is outgoing, motivated and adaptable. You will greet guests, share product knowledge and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience while using critical thinking and multitasking daily.

Under supervision and within a dynamic service environment, you’ll record transactions, restock merchandise, and communicate about Club card benefits and upcoming events, aiming to drive positive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must meet or exceed sales goals and excel in customer service standards.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale system after training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm and provide product knowledge.
• Record retail transactions using POS system and balance cash drawer.
• Restock merchandise and maintain presentations; assist with events and promotions.
