Job summary

AT&T Tyler is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to provide personalized guidance and build meaningful connections with customers. You will use a consultative approach to help customers choose devices and services, while driving sales and earning uncapped commissions.

You’ll join a fast-paced team that supports events, online orders, and outbound outreach. The schedule runs 9am–9pm, including weekends, with biweekly seniority-based planning and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through product options using a consultative sales approach.
• Participate in store events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling announced 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment and keep up with evolving products and services.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission based on performance.
