AT&T in Austell, GA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales via consultative approaches. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices, and tailor solutions to meet needs while delivering exceptional service on a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Expect a dynamic, fast-paced team environment with opportunities to earn commissions. Prior retail experience helps, but training is provided to achieve goals and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through consultative selling.
• Educate customers about products and services with demonstrations.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to all customers.
• Assist with opening/closing store procedures and paperwork.
• Maintain inventory and daily transaction journals.
