Sun Com in Atlanta is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to exceed sales quotas and drive revenue through handsets, plans, features and accessories. You will follow company policies, complete paperwork accurately and train new staff while supporting store operations in-person.

The role requires a minimum 18 years old, 30 hours per week, ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation. Spanish language skills are preferred and a flexible schedule is common.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days / 30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods and have reliable transportation.
• Retail sales experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and key metrics.
• Sell handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Follow company policies and complete paperwork accurately.
• Open/close store with accurate checklists and protect assets.
• Train and support new hires and peers.
