Job summary

Aaron’s Sales Associate role on the showroom floor focuses on engaging customers and helping them find the right products. You may assist with organizing merchandise and moving items, with training and tools provided to perform safely.

In addition to hourly pay, this role offers performance-based incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Varying hours typical, and team collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers in person and by phone.
