Job summary

Kirkland's Home is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will assist customers, sell products, manage cash registers, restock shelves, and maintain visual standards across the sales floor.

Role requires strong communication, ability to work weekends/evenings, and a team-oriented, flexible approach. Lifting and standing for long periods are expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports and values Customer Service in both the in store and online shopping experience.
• Actively engages with all customers modeling exceptional selling behaviors.
• Greets every customer with enthusiasm, maintains a positive, can do attitude at all times.
• Educates each customer on loyalty programs, current promotions and merchandise assortment to support building the basket.
• Maintains an efficient and organized salesfloor and stockroom.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Assists in the receipt of merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
