Kirkland's Home is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience in-store and online. You will engage customers with strong selling behaviors, educate them on loyalty programs, and assist with merchandising, pricing, and stock management.

The role emphasizes cheerful customer interactions, teamwork, and flexibility to cover weekends and evenings as needed. Safety and brand standards are emphasized, with duties spanning stocking to cashiering.
