Job summary

Daiso USA in Irving, TX is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store sales. You will greet customers, answer questions, recommend products, and help maintain a clean, organized selling floor and merchandise displays.

When assigned to Lead Shift, you help coordinate daily shift activity, assign tasks, assist with opening/closing duties, and escalate issues to store leadership as needed. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting opening/closing and shift coordination is a plus for Lead Shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to identify needs and promote products.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock quantities on the floor.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash register.
• Support lead shifts by coordinating tasks and supervising team members.
