Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate onsite to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and display standards.

The ideal candidate communicates well, remains friendly in a fast-paced retail environment, and meets company cash handling policies while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math and computer/POS skills required.
• People-first mentality and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
