Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced onsite retail environment. You will operate cash registers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well in a team while maintaining store standards and complying with policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a people-first mentality and provide a great experience for every guest
• Value time and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth‑grade level
• Basic math skills and comfort with computer/point-of-sale systems

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws and regulations regarding sale of government‑regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior per company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company's rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
