Job summary

Paradies Na in Tampa, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver First Class Service to both internal and external customers. You may perform duties on the sales floor or in a support environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly store.

Key responsibilities include greeting, selling and thanking customers; handling transactions on the POS; receiving, returns and transfers; maintaining visual merchandising and housekeeping; promoting promotional products;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Service to customers in store or support areas.
• Greet, sell and thank customers and offer personalized product recommendations.
• Process customer transactions accurately on the POS system.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, housekeeping and safety standards.
• Handle receiving, returns, transfers and other POS-related tasks.
• Follow company policies and procedures and resolve customer issues when needed.
