Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively using the English language.
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Ability to pass required background and checks including Paradies policies and FAA/Department of Transportation requirements.
• Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 40 lbs., and weekend/holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Service to internal and external customers.
• Greet, sell and thank the customer and upsell promotions.
• Ensure customer-first focus at all times.
• Perform personalized product recommendations based on needs analyses.
• Process transactions accurately on our POS.
• Receive shipments, conduct cycle counts, returns, and transfers using handheld devices.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain loss prevention standards.
