Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Tampa is seeking a Sales Associate - Platform to deliver first class service on the sales floor or in a support environment. You will greet customers, recommend products, and complete transactions on our POS with accuracy while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and active English communication.
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide first class service to both internal and external customers.
• Greet, sell and thank the customer.
• Offer memorable, personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately on our POS and handle receiving/returns.
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to merchandising and safety standards.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Create positive relationships with fellow associates and support teams.
