Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and readily available for purchase. You will travel to multiple store locations within a region and collaborate with store teams to complete tasks during peak periods or special projects.

Applicants should have basic retail or merchandising experience, an active smartphone with a data plan, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience is preferred but not required.
• Fast-paced environment; work with minimal supervision.
• Own smartphone with data plan for work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within a designated region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Coordinate with store personnel to maintain displays in prime condition.
• Visit stores and complete projects on time; report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide professional customer service representing Anderson Merchandisers.
• Troubleshoot product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
