Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume stores. You will move products from backroom to floor and liaise with store staff to ensure items are visible and available.

This position is physical, involving lifting up to 45 pounds, daily route work, and adherence to store procedures. Mileage reimbursement is provided and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment.
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, routes).
• Provide customer service and attend to customer needs.
• Operate with minimal supervision and self-manage.
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
