Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and move items in stores within assigned accounts. This role involves physical work, including lifting 20–45 lb cases, and using hand trucks and pallet jacks while coordinating with store staff.

You will follow scheduled routes, maintain back-room organization, and ensure promotional materials are displayed. Regular attendance and self-management are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Experience in retail/grocery store operations is helpful.
• Experience moving products with equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelving, coolers and displays in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelves.
• Transport products between backroom and shelf.
• Use equipment such as U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks.
• Display promotional material and keep back room stock neat and organized.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build relationships with store personnel.
• Ensure regular, reliable attendance.
• Input orders via handheld devices.
