Job summary

The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, using equipment like hand trucks, and maintaining neat backrooms. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift 20-45 pounds per case and perform basic warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf using equipment like U boats, hand trucks or pallet jacks.
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Deliver customer service and attend to customer needs.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
