The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong teamwork, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Basic MS Office skills and computer familiarity.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in store.
• Drive sales and meet KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising to Puma standards.
• Execute and process incoming/outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with stock levels and product availability.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant work/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays.
