Goodwill Kentucky is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to support store operations in Harrodsburg, KY. You will supervise and develop store associates, ensure excellent customer service, and assist with merchandising, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling under the Store Manager.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years in retail or related operations. A mission-driven mindset is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assumes management responsibilities in absence of Store Manager.
• Assists Store Manager in ordering merchandise and record keeping including payroll, scheduling and cash register deposits and receipts.
• Supervises, trains, and develops Store Associates on operating practices and procedures.
• Maintains a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a well-stocked store.
• Supports Store Manager in loss prevention efforts.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures.
