Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a Restoration Mitigation Superintendent to oversee water mitigation projects under the direction of the Mitigation Project Manager. You will ensure scope of work is completed safely, document progress, and notify the Project Manager when jobs are finished for invoicing.

You will manage equipment, inventory, and field staff while adhering to OSHA and company policies. On-call during catastrophic events may be required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, organization, teamwork and attention to detail required.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain restoration certifications through IICRC.

Responsibilities

• Verify all tasks on the scope of work are completed and notify the Project Manager.
• Monitor drying and moisture mapping across all assignments.
• Manage inventory of consumables, tools, and drying equipment.
• Ensure safe jobsite per OSHA and company policies.
• May work 48+ hours per week and be on-call during catastrophic events.
