Qualifications

• Ability to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately.
• Suggest appetizers and delivery of orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking back with guests.
• Enter orders accurately at the POS station.
• Resolve guest complaints and notify the Manager.
• Complete other duties assigned by a Manager.
