Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Ability to provide efficient service while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and move around the restaurant for extended periods.
• New Mexico Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe and NM Alcohol Server Permit when serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation.
• Check in with guests and respond to additional requests; process payments accurately.
• Clear tables, wipe and reset surfaces, and maintain cleanliness in service areas.
• Communicate with kitchen and team members to support smooth service.
