• Ability to lead teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a restaurant team to deliver excellent service, quality, and speed.
• Manage all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, food preparation, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Drive sales growth through exceptional execution, local-store marketing, upselling, and strong community relationships.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and retain dependable team members and shift leaders.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, food-safety practices, brand requirements, and local regulations.
• Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and other controllable expenses to achieve financial and operational goals.
